About the Film

The people always win in the fight for self-determination. In a “post-colonial” Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) youth activists challenge the status quo as an incumbent leader seeks to extend his rule past the nation's constitutional limits. Rampant poverty and an ever growing disconnect between political leadership and the people has fostered a new generation of organizers.

RSVP to watch and discuss the film and the ongoing fight in the Congo!
